Data and Systems Assistant – Maternity Cover - ASAP Start
Bedminster Down is looking for an excellent administrator to support with a number of key functions within the school. With ever more processes becoming automated, high quality systems management and maintenance is essential to keeping schools working smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will join a forward thinking and innovative school which is always looking for ways to do things better. The core functions of the post include reprographics, events and parental communication as well website and SIMS (schools integrated management system) maintenance. You will work closely with the Data and Website Manager, who is experienced in developing staff in this role and providing excellent training, as well as a number of the Senior Leadership Team members. The role is rich and varied, giving the post holder experience of a range of different experiences within the field of administration in education; in data and systems, no two days are the same.
The school is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust in which talented staff are nurtured and developed. Permanent positions are frequently available and the Trusts looks to retain high quality staff who are on temporary contracts. Support staff are supported and developed by their line managers as well as through Trust wide CPD. We offer NVQs and other additional qualifications for staff who want to broaden their horizons.
